	The Town of Dunstable has adopted the Right to Farm Bylaw and, as such, requires a Right to Farm Disclosure Notification to be presented to the buyer(s) or occupant(s) of property in the Town of Dunstable not later than 21 days after a purchase & sale agreement is entered into, or prior to the sale or exchange of real property if no purchase and sale agreement exists, or prior to the acquisition of a leasehold interest or other possessor interest in real property located in the Town of Dunstable, Annual reminders are sent out to all residents.
