As the result of a recent update in our partnership with Point Software, property owners are now able to view their tax bills on line, and sign up for e-mail notification when your tax bills have been issued. Point's opt-in electronic subscription feature keeps the public informed while at the same time helping the municipality save time, money and resources. This will permit the owner or prospective buyer of a property to register to automatically receive notification of any updates made to the parcel record, obtaining the most current data instantly to use in
making sound decisions. In a similar fashion, taxpayers can reduce clutter and disorganization by enrolling in e-billing.
Individuals can then pay their taxes on line through our on-going partnership with Unibank, Dunstable accepts property tax and excise tax payments online.

The tax payment interface is currently limited to users of Internet Explorer 5.0 and later. (AOL uses Internet Explorer.) The Town acknowledges the need to support the current version of all standards-based browsers, so this limitation is currently an exception to our policy. The service provider (Unibank) is actively working on providing support for other browsers. We regret that this represents an inconvenience to some residents.
