2010 Annual Town Census Forms

The annual town census forms are now being mailed to each household. Please make every attempt to return it by January 30, 2010. The annual town census is a legal document required under MA to maintain an active voter status.
Please list all members within your household. Names of children age 17 and under are not a public record and pursuant to MA law 51:4 may only be provided to the Police Chief and School Committee for emergency management and school enrollment purposes. If you or a member of your family are a veteran, please be sure to check the "Veteran" box.
